Pour a generous amount of Soothing Bath Foam under running water and allow yourself to soak in the tub for some essential ‘me-time’. Then just before bed, spray your Pillow Mist over your pillow to help ease the stresses of my day. It is perfect to help to create headspace ready for an effortless night of rest.
